I want to attend medical school (10+ years) and I was wondering if I could borrow the money for it and pay it back after I graduate, my family has no money so this would be my only option right? Can I borrow to pay for everything?

Sure you can. Just fullfill the requirements that financial aid ask you such as: Proof your familia does not have money (cash in the bank). You need to be American citizenship. And present proof of good Academic background (which means good grades and good behaviour)
