my hubby and i am in a financial bind and need some quick money to pay a few bills. we have a house that we rent out and they aren’t paying it so they were evicted and we are paying 2 house payments now. we tried a loan through the bank but couldn’t get it due to things being late. what can we do to help out fast ? we dont have anyone that we can borrow from either- friends or family so we are stuck !

   Well, you can’t borrow money to pay off debt. That makes no sense.

   Instead, cut your expenses. Do you have cable? Cell phones? Car payments? Cut your expenses back to the bare bones.

   Then, increase your income. Get a part time job or two!

   Then consider selling the other house. Extra rental income from the house would be a blessing, but you should not depend on that for income. You see why now.

   Good luck. Getting a loan with bad credit is not the answer. It will cost you a fortune if you can find anyone to give you one.

   this company does personal and auto loans. don’t know how your credit is but if its low score then the interest will be higher.
   never pay upfront fees.
