Changed And Loyal

I have let people borrow money and they never return it so I am going to decide to not let anyone borrow money from me anymore. Has this ever happened to you?
I am actually talking about the general public and friends borrowing money.

You shouldn’t let anybody borrow money without payback letter. If you had this you could take them to Judge Judy & she would yell at them & force them to pay you back. I’d like to see people I loaned money who never paid back get yelled at from Judge Judy. She’s mean.

It’s a good lesson to learn early on before you think you can just trust anyone.

Be glad to have gotten to know this about them before they asked you to co-sign a car note, or lend them a lot of money.

Never lend money to friends! You will find that the money typically is more important to them than your friendship. It’s a hard policy to maintain but it’s even harder to lose a friend over money.
